Creative Director — Delta Airlines

Delta Airlines was looking to create a deeper connection with travelers. The team and I created an experience called Delta Gems, a community network that helped guests discover local experiences that they might not have known about to make their trip a memorable one. The insight that drove the concept was to surprise and delight customers with service where they least expect it.

We curated a series of local influencers to find and publish these hidden Gems to the platform so that travelers could explore and visit these amazing places on their trip. Another added layer was that customers collected Gems that could be used, this also turned Delta Gems into a large vendor program with partners around the world.
