The vehicle configuration experience is the same on every car brands site. With Mitsubishi we set out to find a better way and create an experience that deepens vehicle engagement. We set out to build an experience that felt like the customer was on a live drive with the vehicle. As you explore the vehicle in video lifestyle environments the user could customize every option on the fly, making the experience more visceral.

The insight that drove the concept was “Consumers are 3X more likely to buy a product with video experiences than without” This strategy brought a more human and entertaining experience to Mitsubishi customers and set out to create the evolution of the car configuration experience.
